Yes, we do have a team of branding and promotion experts. But, a specific project will be handled by a designated person from our end. We will let you know everything once the work order is confirmed.
As soon as we get the confirmation e-mail from your end regarding any work, we will start working on that project within 24 working hours’ time.
The timeline for each project depends on many factors like the client brief, scope of work, how small or large the project is, what elements are involved in the work, whether it is a B2B or B2C, or D2C project, etc.
In case of a shortage of timeline from the client’s end, we will start and deliver the project as mentioned by the client, by assigning someone in our team who will work dedicatedly on that project. But, in that case, separate charges will be levied.
Not to worry, we will wait for your feedback and then work on it as quickly as possible and will submit the work. But, in that case, a new ‘Deadline’ will be shared from our end, as to when we will submit the work.

Yes, we do have payment plans –
For branding, concept development, graphics, and digital marketing we generally charge either Project Wise or Retainer basis.
For web design and development, we generally charge 50% in advance and the rest amount on the day of the website coming LIVE. The AMC for websites is 100% in advance.
